$65.00 for Universal Service TV to come to my home and tell me my TV was not working!!!

I just paid $65.00 for Universal TV Service to come to my home and tell me my TV was not working!!! He came with no test equipment; the limit of his in-home service was to make sure I had it plugged in and the antenna connected, his only physical contact with the TV was to press the power button a single time. The only information I got for my $65.00 was that it would cost a minimum of $270.00 for his associate to come back on Saturday to actually find out what was wrong and repair the TV. My advice is to avoid this character and to take your business elsewhere.
