I went in to get a new phone and service. There was an offer for a free phone which I qualified for. The people at the counter were friendly enough but they could not give me an accurate price on what I would have to pay right then. They were rude to customers and avoided giving direct answers to questions. The worst part after waiting over an hour to get the service set up I was not given anything other than the phone... no charger, instructions, box absolutely nothing. When I called back I was told oh yeah you left it, we have it here. No apology or anything. I hope the service is better than the customer service.
I have been a Sprint customer for 15 years. I never had a problem upgrading my cell phone until I came to this store. I had an upgrade available on my cell phone and I chose a cell phone that was free over the internet and chose the option to pick it up at this store. I came in at the time of my appointment and Cameron the sales associate attended me. After he looked up my information he proceeded to tell me that they did not have the phone in stock and I will have to purchase a different one. I explained to him that the one I was getting was free and that the web site had indicated that it was available at that store. He told me there was no way they could know what is in their inventory and that I could purchase a phone and make payments on it. Once again I told him that there were free phones on the website. He said they could not do that on the store. At this point I asked to speak to a supervisor and Cameron told me he would put me in the waiting list. I said no and then he said the manager might not be in the store. I asked him again to speak to a supervisor and told me he would look in the back for him. He came out later with a different phone and said I would have to pay for it. He said the supervisor couldn't do anything about it. I kept saying that I never had a problem before, he then proceeded to tell me I would have to go home cancel the order, place another order and come back in a couple hours (which was after they closed already). Cameron was absolutely rude, the manager, whose name according to Cameron is Dan, never came out and they refused to upgrade my phone. I called sprint directly when I left and they said that they did have the phone in stock at the store and were able to track the quantity in their inventory. Sprint overnighter the phone in responded to my call. I will never recommend this store to anyone. Beware of the sales associates trying to get extra commission money out of you.
I called to make a reservation and the guy said they no longer take reservations.
hello, the service here is predictable, people are mostly congenial and mostly knowledgeable a little attention might be given to make me feel a little more appreciated as a long time client. I also would really like it if you would update your hours of operation and this and other sites. thanks.
These guys are the worst they represent the worst cell phone network and will say anything to close the sale. Afterwards customer service will tell you too bad nothing we can do about it. You agreed to it now pay up.
They will lie, cheat, and steal from you. Do not go to this store. Sprint is the worst, customer service is horrible they are disrespectful and rude. Everything they told me was a lie according to Sprint customer service rep. Actually she was a supervisor and said in effect I should have known they were lying to me. Every time I visit the store or call customer service my rate goes up or my contract extends. Even Sprint advertizements are filled with lies. Unlimited data.Unless you have a phone that uses data then its 10 dollars more.
