Worst car buying experience of my life sales rep that I dealt with was very demanding would not explain anything to me pressured me into a vehicle I did not want then after the bank having to tell them that they were screwing me over on the price and they would not Finance for such a high price had to resign all paperwork still rep would not explain anything to me had me in tears the only reason why I signed the papers was to get him away from me pointed out that if I didn't sign the papers right then and there that he was going to take the car away from me and my kids and leave us walking try to overcharged Me by $10,000 when I kept asking him to explain stuff to me he just kept demanding for me to sign the papers signed the papers signed the papers to sign the papers then I called to go get an oil change two weeks in advance when I show up the day of the oil change 45 minutes early they tell me they have no record of me in the system that they had to reschedule my oil change for a whole nother week later their customer service is horrid the sales manager pretty much did not care didn't matter how bad I tried to explain that I did not want to speak with that representative again all he said was he will talk to him about the way he sells cars I was in tears leaving that store twice I will never recommend this store to anybody to go purchase a car from it's in your best interest to completely stay away from Jim Click Hyundai East Side

TRUST AUTOHAUS! We have had our 560SL serviced by Marcus for the past 15 years. They have done an outstanding job in keeping our car running in pri…
Our initial experience was excellent however once we signed the papers the salesman and his manager were evasive , unprofessional. We had to contact the general manager to get our second set of keys and floor mats. Please see the fllor mats this car lot provided after the sale. Buyer beware this lot treated us horribly. As you can see the drivers mat is unsafe. In order to end our contact with this lot we now have to buy our own mats.
My 2012 Toyota Sienna has a recall on the side sliding doors. Desert Toyota charged me over $350 to fix the door. When the repair did not solve the problem they disconnected the doors and told me they can't do anything as this is a recall item. Both Toyota and Desert Toyota refuse to help and could care less. I would not recommend the purchase of used Toyota Sienna nor would I recommend the Desert Toyota service department. Beware!PS: I've been waiting for Toyota and Desert Toyota to contact me for over seven months.
Chris Z and the rest of the Jim Click Dodge on Automall are the best!!! I purchased a 2017 Dodge Journey from them a few months ago and I absolutely love the car!!! I never thought I would be approved for a new car especially the one I wanted due to credit issues and stuff but they worked harder than any dealership I went too and did everything they could do get me into what I wanted and for what I could afford. Thank you Chris Z and everyone at Jim Click Dodge for helping me!!!! Melanie
I strongly urge anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Crayctoft to RUN the other way! I recently bought a vehicle from them, I drove it home and it has been nothing but problems since I am now close to $2k in repairs mind you this is after there Mechanic did a safety inspection before we left the dealership! Communication with them has been a joke and utterly disrespectful, this place is a joke & will take advantage of trustworthy people looking for a decent running vehicle.
I am very satisfied! I love my new truck! I am so in love.
Thank you! You guys were all wonderful to do business with. Hopefully this is the last set of wheels I buy for a while!
I enjoyed the service we received from your company. I would recommend you to all my friends and family. All of you were so nice. Thank you.
Dear All,Even though I didn't purchase my 2014 Volt from Orielly Chevrolet, I have had all my service done there and was quite pleased. My Service Advisor is Tommy Bernath and he has gone out of his way to help get my service visits completed thoroughly and in a timely manner. ThereforeI decided, based on my experience with Orielly Service, I would begin looking for a new Chevy Volt there as well. The Volt is a marvelous technology system and should be marketed by GM much more aggressively than it is. This lack of emphasis and training may be one of the reasons that most people marketing them are awful at best. Being a retired Technology Educator and system designer, I usually just nod and let them try to explain because it is amusing.Long story short I met a young fellow named Xristos Diamantoulis who was excellent in his understanding of the new Volt and could show me some new features in the infotainment interfaces of which I was not aware. He should get an award and be sent to Advanced Volt Sales Training (if there is such a thing) to specialize in that vehicle. His Manager Greg Ahumada was equally good at finding answers on the financial side. Thanks guys! I am hoping that Chevrolet qualifies my current Volt for early lease buyout as I have already sent Xristos my final build for a new Premier. Orielly is a first class dealer and their staff reflects it.Best Regards,Regis Shannon
Please be advised, that on August 30, 2016 I came to your dealership, after seeking a dealership that: 1. Offers the vehicle I sought (Mercedes Benz); and 2. For the price I wanted (under $5000).At which time, we discussed two options: 1. Typical Financing, and 2. In House Financing. Being new to the area, I knew I would need to rebuild my credit. I agreed to the following terms for in house financing 1. Cash Price of $4900 broken into 5 payments, or financing $6500 with $1500 down and payments spread not to exceed $500 per month. An extended warranty for 3,000 miles at $300 would be included later making the total price $6800 if financed. (this was based on repairs estimated by Mercedes of Tucson, citing it would cost over $5000 for repairs, including and not limited to a motor and transmission mount).Upon delivery of said vehicle, the dealership promised: 1. Plates in 30 days, and 2. To repair the air conditioning. On 9/13/2016 I came into said dealership, for Mike Aussie to adjust the air in the vehicle. On 9/14/2016 the car exploded spewing radiator fluid and deemed the vehicle un-drivable. at which time Mike and Jose identified my boyfriend and began asking intrusive personal questions relating to my personal life, having no connection to the deal for said vehicle, citing they gave me "special financing", this unwanted contact was intrusive and invasive and had no baring on my deal or the car I purchased.Video 1: https://www.facebook.com/ChevyInPhoenixAZ/videos/1721351324793839/Video 2: https://www.facebook.com/ChevyInPhoenixAZ/videos/1721351694793802/They have until 10/30/2016 before my next payment is due to :1. Correct my contract to the proper amount of $6800, having payments made applied, and credits as needed, including my extended warranty;2. Correct my payments to $500 per month as we agreed, I have 2 dealers who will testify I told them the same info, as I told you;3. Repair my car, as promised; my car rattles now and is not properly working since your repairs.4. I want my $2500 for using my photo to promote your website and for starting the online agreement, your acceptance of the photo was partial agreement to our terms. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and I am now filing this complaint with the consumer affairs division of Arizona, as you sell defective cars, with unrealistic terms, with the intention of defrauding your customers. I do not argue, I sue!
