We go to Tucson 2 times a year and always stop by to get dinner to take back to Phoenix ... today we ordered a pastrami and a hot beef! We got a pastrami and a bratwurst! How disappointing !

I read other reviews and was surprised. When we went there on Fathers Day, we called before going. We no longer sat down and were called. The workers were killing with niceness. The service was excellent. The waitress was on top of it. She refilled my drink just as I finished it. Very respectful. The last time I had service like this was when I went to Marie Callanders. AS we left Every server thanked us and smiled like they truly meant it. Also the food was so tasty and generous. What a great day.
I never Heard of a restaurant charging you for syrup when you order pancakes. Breakfast service was terrible. Go there mostly for dinner food has always been excellent except for pizza. Never had problems for dinner or breakfast service has always been bad won't be back again for breakfast.
Tasty Italian pastas and sandwiches. Big portions
Colossal DisappointmentOkay, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Tried Bazil's after it was highly recommended. A reviewer called this "pizza on a cracker," and I couldn't agree more. Horribly bland cracker crust, bland sauce, flat pepperoni. Clean facility and friendly employees, but I'll not return. Much prefer Rocco's pizza.
The Pizza slices are humongous and delicious. Pasta sauce outstanding and the service is friendly to the point where you simply must return soon.
This place USE to be like the best place to go to for Italian food, but that was in the late 1970's and mid 1980's.Now it is 2013 and this place sucks! I just can't believe the reviews. We got Joe's special and they say the pasta is fresh but it was watery and tasted like the wider style top ramen soup noodles in a cup. The sauce was way over garliced. It was just a big pile of glop and cheesy mess! Maybe my pallet is more refined because I have been a cook for 22 years. I think Chief Ramsey needs to yank a knot in their butts! This place looks straight out of the 70-80's as far as decor. It has dim lighting and I'm sure it is to hide the fact there is tons of dust on the fake plants and other crap that is surrounding you. It is just gross and ran down. The soup and salad bar is not good either. They told me that the soup came out of a can! For a place that SAYS everything is fresh...I think they got lazy and started using cheap non-fresh foods. The help doesn't seem very happy to work there as well. They seem to have lost their passion for food and life and have just given up.
Great food and drinks! Excellent selection! Their food is always delicious and fresh. Nice staff and their prices are reasonable too. Will be back next weekend.
I frequent many sandwich places and this one makes my favorite sandwich. I don't go too often cause the sammiches are greasy and I don't want to be a fatty but holy mother of sandwiches this place can make a sandwich. My favorite is the sausage/ beef combo and they alway load it up! Their french fries are also some of the best around. Yeah they're just regular crinkle cuts but they season and cook them perfectly. Love this place
My husband and I just returned home from a not so good experience at the E Broadway Romano's. We were seated at a dirty table to begin with. I asked for a clean tablecloth, and it was done. We ordered Stuffed Mushrooms for appetizer and I found a hair IN the mushroom!! My husband's chicken was overly cooked (it looked burnt but didn't taste burnt he told me). We have been there a few times and this was our first really bad experience there, but we may not go back. Even though the Manager apologized and paid for our meals, it feels like "Too Little Too Late". Enter at your own risk.
