Great to do business with. Never disappointed. Impressive. Busiiness operates with integrity. As a neophite, a beginner to firearms, Darrell spent the time to teach me what I needed to learn. Will do business with him again in the future, without hesitation.
I went in to shoot one new weapon. The range got crowded and the man told the other people to shoot in with me.I'm adjusting the site on my weapon AND I paid for my range time. I'd really like to take my time NOT have to wait for them to finish. Either ASK or let them wait their turn!
Always easy to deal with and the staff treat you like family. The selection is extensive and always look forward to my next visit.
I have a .22 caliber rifle and was struggling to find good quality ammunition at great prices. Old pueblo gunsmith services was able to fulfill this request and provide great customer service the ammunition is high quality at a great price
I have a .410 Mossberg pump shotgun that would eject the shells from the tube before it chamber the shell. I had taken to local gun stores but they couldn't fix it. I found Old Pueblo Gunsmiths and told them what was going on. They told me they could fix it, and it would probably only take 2 days . They had to dismantle and reassemble the parts and in 2 days I had my shotgun back, and it works like it was new, even better. Thank you Old Pueblo Gunsmiths. My shotgun is a family treasure that now can be passed down generations.
No drama, just a good business to deal with. Knowledgeable and friendly. Mainly a machinist, but does have some firearms in stock. He does NICE work.
I have been to this store numerous times (6+) during "normal" business hours and yet have found them to be OPEN... So I travel the 1/4 mile down the street to Second Amendment and they get my business.... Would like to see what this place is like, BUT can't do when the door is locked....
I was extremely disappointed! I had some very nice items to pawn because they no longer held any personal value to me. Items that were purchased and given to me when I was married. Since I don't wear these particular pieces I decides to sale them. Maybe I would get a reasonable price for them. For example Tiffany Pearl Necklace and bracelet, Jared LeVian Chocolate Diamond. 2.5 carat I was offered $150.00 for the pearls and $ 87.00 for the ring. I've never written a online review before, but felt compelled to do so this time. I also hate to bring race into the equation, but if I was a Caucasian person I truly believe I would have been offered a bette price. Not be mention politely referring to if I had the paperwork. Nevertheless, you live and learn where not to do business. Even if the love is gone I wasn't going to just give away my nice jewelry. I could say more about my experience, but what's the point. I hope no one else ever has a similar experience. It's a shame to feel because of your color a person can't have nice things. And that's just what they are things.
They have the technical expertise, proper tools and a "can do" attitude.
Not a huge selection but the customer service is great! Being a woman I get treated like I don't know what im talking about when I go to places like this but not here. They could answer any questions I had and their prices were really good.
