I went in to get a new phone and service. There was an offer for a free phone which I qualified for. The people at the counter were friendly enough but they could not give me an accurate price on what I would have to pay right then. They were rude to customers and avoided giving direct answers to questions. The worst part after waiting over an hour to get the service set up I was not given anything other than the phone... no charger, instructions, box absolutely nothing. When I called back I was told oh yeah you left it, we have it here. No apology or anything. I hope the service is better than the customer service.

I took my Iphone to a well known local competitor (Quickfix) after I dropt it in my pool. After a day I was told that they could not fix it, sorry. I then took it to cellphone world. Gorge got to work on it by drying it out for 6 hours under ultraviolet light, changed battery and wallah works perfect. My camera did go out which he replaced in 15 minuted for $45 bucks. All total it cost me $100.00. Before you give up check with these guys. One way or another they will get it fixed and not make you have to get a second job to pay for it. Thanks Gorge!!
The owner made sure I got my iphone promptly and gave me a good price on the cost of my iPhone, For my future purchases I am going to go to this location.
You guys r liars....you say there is no fee but I pay 3dollar fee every payment. Then I couldn't pay my bill on due date and when I did go pay it you want me to pay 40 for only 20 days of service.....suppose to be 30 days for 40 dollars.....I will be taking my service somewhere else

terrible service - i bought a Samsung that within two weeks developed a spot on the LCD screen, they refused to take responsibility and accept it a a return even though it was a known issue and within 30 days as I no longer had the box - a three day runaround to finally be grudgingly told ok we will accept it back (charging me a hefty restock fee) and then an hour later they call me back and change their minds and then forcing me to go through the 800 number - you can do much better with a different Cricket store - avoid!
Extra mile kind of guy. He picked up my iPad from me at work, fixed the screen and returned it same day. I saved a lot of money getting my phone fixed, instead of going replacing it.

I have been a Sprint customer for 15 years. I never had a problem upgrading my cell phone until I came to this store. I had an upgrade available on my cell phone and I chose a cell phone that was free over the internet and chose the option to pick it up at this store. I came in at the time of my appointment and Cameron the sales associate attended me. After he looked up my information he proceeded to tell me that they did not have the phone in stock and I will have to purchase a different one. I explained to him that the one I was getting was free and that the web site had indicated that it was available at that store. He told me there was no way they could know what is in their inventory and that I could purchase a phone and make payments on it. Once again I told him that there were free phones on the website. He said they could not do that on the store. At this point I asked to speak to a supervisor and Cameron told me he would put me in the waiting list. I said no and then he said the manager might not be in the store. I asked him again to speak to a supervisor and told me he would look in the back for him. He came out later with a different phone and said I would have to pay for it. He said the supervisor couldn't do anything about it. I kept saying that I never had a problem before, he then proceeded to tell me I would have to go home cancel the order, place another order and come back in a couple hours (which was after they closed already). Cameron was absolutely rude, the manager, whose name according to Cameron is Dan, never came out and they refused to upgrade my phone. I called sprint directly when I left and they said that they did have the phone in stock at the store and were able to track the quantity in their inventory. Sprint overnighter the phone in responded to my call. I will never recommend this store to anyone. Beware of the sales associates trying to get extra commission money out of you.
