We have been a customer for over 8years. They have some new person there, and she is RUINING the business. The scheduling is a joke! Sometimes they are 2 hours late to an crane lift... so let's see I have three of my employees hanging out on the roof in 100 degree temperatures NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE. It was at one time the sister of the owner, and everything ran really well. Since this new person has taken over.... you might as well start shopping for a new crane service, WE HAVE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT, i GUESS THE OWNER JUST DOESN'T CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO HIS BUSINESS. You can never speak with the main guy any longer, and I was talking to another company today, and they are having the same problem with them! I understand that the sister is thinking about starting a crane service! That's who will be using!
