We haven"t been here in a long time but wow weeeeee we moved South of Tucson and where back haven"t changed at all the best steak you can have great salad bar, waitresses are awesome. Best in Tucson I tell every one.
Out first visit, the service was great thank you Adrian. Steaks were tender, lobster delicious. I will be back.
I have been to Shooters back in the late 90's and we were so impressed. We came back finally, and found the food and service still very impressive. Our server was very good and the food was wonderful. We will be back sooner this time. Thank you for a great afternoon and Birthday lunch.
Once again, Tucson you never fail to amaze me. I find it ineradicable that in a city our size that a restaurant can have so much trouble finding severs and cooks (I use both terms loosely...because no one met the standard there) to run a respectable establishment. Poor Service and over rated over seasoned food to cover up the quality of ever less respectful meat. What is the point of making a reservation if you are going to find yourself seated in the lounge any way? Not clean, very low class in a poor run down part of town. Do not bother...go to Burger King instead better value much better food (than the Silver Saddle). That is not saying much I personally hate Burger King and would not be caught dead there. I wish I had never gone to the Silver Saddle and will never return. The staff is rude, the salad bar is sloppy and not clean the build is old with a smells and the grill apparently had not met someone to clean in who knows how long. The meat had just a nasty flavor that we could not eat it all. The potatoes if you want to call them that, frozen with a fridge taste and smoked leather would be a better description, taste as if they were part of some saddle that a cowboy had ridden on through the desert a 100 years ago. I made complaints to the server with no response from management. I fully understand I would be too embarrassed to say I managed there too. Perhaps, just perhaps, where in lay the problem…just bad management. After hearing so many good things about the Silver Saddle building up to the decisive moment it is extremely disappointing to find that they missed the mark so far. Please someone build a nice steak house in Tucson. We have such a fine city why can we not have a fine place for dining can anyone answer this?Randal FisherRandal.Fisher@gmail.com
Went to steakhouse for a rib eye steak. Our server, Jared, was informed, attentive, and funny. Drinks were good. Bread was warm and fresh. Salads were crispy and tasty. Rib eye steaks were tender, juicy, and delicious. And dessert sampler was sinfully fantastic! All in all, it was a great experience. We will definitely be going back.
No knife with bread or plates..asked for another bread took 10minutes.. went to the restroom a work a waiter was washing hair in sink, paper towels everywhere chip on lobby floor trash on tables, , not busy and waiter and busses still havnt cleaned. Won't not ever go back very unsanitary and found hair on my steak . Someone needs to check on them.
I Love the ribeye meal. Eat here with friends almost monthly.
Disappointing at best, noise level annoying, food over priced for what you get. I ordered from the specialty menu, what a joke, could the shrimp get any smaller. The waiter even forgot to take out salad order with the main course. He had to return to complete the order. They will not last very long here in Tucson, at it's present setup and service.
There is nothing Texan about this place! I've had better prime rib at coco's. The service was very slow and it was not even busy. The steaks were dry and tough. Way overpriced for the poor quality of food. We will never go back and waste our money. Makes me miss home (Texas) even more.
