I Bought a lifted 03 white Dodge ram slt last summer from this guy I was so busy working I didnt want to waste his or my time so i quickly looked at the truck gave him a deposit and came back to pay in full a few days later. I left the lot stopped to get gas and then on starting it realized the ignition was messed up. The worse thinig about how petty this dealer is is that he took my registration from a 2015 tacoma with 5 months remaining registered my 2003 ram after I paid him in full for truck and wouldnt send me my title without me sending him a $25.00 check (which he said he'd probably pay difference on anyway and I think he made $ off that even) what a petty petty thing to do . Karma is funny though and its very hard for me to be upset anymore I reupholstered the interior of the vehicle a month ago and found $ 27,800 in $100.00 bills neatly arranged inside the truck i teared up, this was at a time I had been angry for months about how bad EVERYONE ! had screwed me over financially last year thinking of quitting my painting business , it was a spirit lifter for sure the money is helping me get my business back on track after employees and even a customer ripped me off crazy thing is thats about what I estimate I lost last year to stolen tools, employee fraud etc. Karmas a trip guys its real believe me, I love my overpriced 03 slt dodge truck ive fixed it up and will replace transmission soon but I cannot be too mad anymore the guy is a used car salesmen and hes petty but I guess I should thank him nah ill thank Karma.

Worst car buying experience of my life sales rep that I dealt with was very demanding would not explain anything to me pressured me into a vehicle I did not want then after the bank having to tell them that they were screwing me over on the price and they would not Finance for such a high price had to resign all paperwork still rep would not explain anything to me had me in tears the only reason why I signed the papers was to get him away from me pointed out that if I didn't sign the papers right then and there that he was going to take the car away from me and my kids and leave us walking try to overcharged Me by $10,000 when I kept asking him to explain stuff to me he just kept demanding for me to sign the papers signed the papers signed the papers to sign the papers then I called to go get an oil change two weeks in advance when I show up the day of the oil change 45 minutes early they tell me they have no record of me in the system that they had to reschedule my oil change for a whole nother week later their customer service is horrid the sales manager pretty much did not care didn't matter how bad I tried to explain that I did not want to speak with that representative again all he said was he will talk to him about the way he sells cars I was in tears leaving that store twice I will never recommend this store to anybody to go purchase a car from it's in your best interest to completely stay away from Jim Click Hyundai East Side
Our initial experience was excellent however once we signed the papers the salesman and his manager were evasive , unprofessional. We had to contact the general manager to get our second set of keys and floor mats. Please see the fllor mats this car lot provided after the sale. Buyer beware this lot treated us horribly. As you can see the drivers mat is unsafe. In order to end our contact with this lot we now have to buy our own mats.

What can I say; Noble Motors is a 5 star company. They finance with the best. They are family owned and operated. They will treat you like family, their vehicles are fairly priced and in great condition- or they wouldn't have them on their lot!5/5! My 2012 Toyota Sienna has a recall on the side sliding doors. Desert Toyota charged me over $350 to fix the door. When the repair did not solve the problem they disconnected the doors and told me they can't do anything as this is a recall item. Both Toyota and Desert Toyota refuse to help and could care less. I would not recommend the purchase of used Toyota Sienna nor would I recommend the Desert Toyota service department. Beware!PS: I've been waiting for Toyota and Desert Toyota to contact me for over seven months.

I bought a 2010 Rav 4 Limited. I had a very positive experience and the vehicle I bought is awesome. They advertised as a one car owner which when I did a Carfax vehicle history report was true. The one down side is that they do not have any kind of option to take the car off site to have it looked at by your mechanic. They do have a 15 day warranty on the engine and transmission or 500 miles. I had it checked out after the purchase and had an A+ check up! It's very difficult to trust a car salesman especially as a woman. These guys were super nice and respectful. I love love my new wheels. Thanks for a positive experience!
Chris Z and the rest of the Jim Click Dodge on Automall are the best!!! I purchased a 2017 Dodge Journey from them a few months ago and I absolutely love the car!!! I never thought I would be approved for a new car especially the one I wanted due to credit issues and stuff but they worked harder than any dealership I went too and did everything they could do get me into what I wanted and for what I could afford. We just had a sewer line clogged, and because of our dissatisfaction with our prior plumber who will not be named, called Dan. When you have a problem like this, to deal with a business who treats you like family and tries to quickly resolve the problem is the best. Dan could not get out immediately, so his wife and dispatcher recommended another plumber, who came out within an hour.
