My husband and I just returned home from a not so good experience at the E Broadway Romano's. We were seated at a dirty table to begin with. I asked for a clean tablecloth, and it was done. We ordered Stuffed Mushrooms for appetizer and I found a hair IN the mushroom!! My husband's chicken was overly cooked (it looked burnt but didn't taste burnt he told me). We have been there a few times and this was our first really bad experience there, but we may not go back. Even though the Manager apologized and paid for our meals, it feels like "Too Little Too Late". Enter at your own risk.
One of the best places for Northern Italian cuisine. It's famous for its chicken dishes, the most famous being the Pollo Bolla, a generous portion of slightly breaded chicken served with prosciutto ham and parmegiano potatoes. All dishes are homemade, the pastas as well as the dolces and the Napoleon Cake on the dessert menu. The interior is simple yet elegant the Italian way; on balmy desert nights, you can dine on the gorgeous patio complete with fountains and lights. The wine list is extensive with around 60 selections.
My daughter and I went and we had fun! Our meal was really good. We each had 3 mussels that didn't open when cooked so the cook went and sent us a whole platter full of mussels to make up for those 6. The waitress was very attentive. There was alot of singing and dancing that night and they removed the dirty dishes from our table. We know when we can save up the money we will go back. We are on disability so it very rare if we can go out to eat. But the next time we can we are going back to Joe's!!!!
I read other reviews and was surprised. When we went there on Fathers Day, we called before going. We no longer sat down and were called. The workers were killing with niceness. The service was excellent. The waitress was on top of it. She refilled my drink just as I finished it. Very respectful. The last time I had service like this was when I went to Marie Callanders. AS we left Every server thanked us and smiled like they truly meant it. Also the food was so tasty and generous. What a great day.
I frequent many sandwich places and this one makes my favorite sandwich. I don't go too often cause the sammiches are greasy and I don't want to be a fatty but holy mother of sandwiches this place can make a sandwich. My favorite is the sausage/ beef combo and they alway load it up! Their french fries are also some of the best around. Yeah they're just regular crinkle cuts but they season and cook them perfectly. Love this place
I absolutely loved this restaurant. I loved the table cloth on the tables, cloth napkins, ice water in the goblets. It gave the special touch. Bread with butter and freshly grated parmesean was served first and then the delicious antipasto salad. Once you were through, they serve the wonderful main course enough to feed 2 people! I loved everything about this place. I highly recommend Bazils!
The best kept secret in Tucson. Their wedding soup, "is to die for." The homemade pastas are fresh along with their sauces and they seem to just melt in your mouth. When family and friends come from out of town this is one of our favorite places to take them. We celebrated my nephews graduation there. There are so many choices on the menu its hard to pick. The prices are extremely reasonable.
First experience was awesome... our waitress Kaitlyn was professional and friendly making our experience that much more memorable as the restaurant was selected initially to celebrate my son's 15th birthday. In addition to the fantastic service the food was delicious and well worth the cost. I will definitely be returning in the near future...
I never Heard of a restaurant charging you for syrup when you order pancakes. Breakfast service was terrible. Go there mostly for dinner food has always been excellent except for pizza. Never had problems for dinner or breakfast service has always been bad won't be back again for breakfast.
I dont know about the dishes there but the seafood buckets were great!..service was good except that they never removed the empty dishes so the table was kind of crowded..we liked the idea that we got to take the drinks jars with us..in general a very good experience
