Not going here again! I returned the car a day before scheduled drop-off. I didn't get a full refund for the unused day. The guy on duty was really nice. The manager, however, wouldn't agree to a refund. I told him the car wasn't due back until 5:00 p.m. the next day. He said he couldn't do the refund. I told him that there was a free cancellation policy. He didn't want to negotiate.
Not going here again! The amount refunded was less than what I thought I would get back considering the car was returned early.

Excellent customer service. Showed up in Tucson and realized I had rented my car in Phoenix. They had no problem getting me a car and gave me a better rate than what I had pre-booking. I even go a free upgrade because they didn't have the class of car I requested. Bravo Alamo!!
Excellent customer service. They had computer problems which caused a little longer delay than normal before getting my car. They gave me a discount even though it wasn't their fault. I drove the car from Tucson to the Pittsburgh airport for drop off. The rental experience was nearly flawless and reasonably priced for a one way rental.

it was one of my worst rental experience's I have ever had...... The reason I'm giving it a 2 STARS NOT 1 is because of a worker name Jamie out of the Exotic Scottsdale Office... If it wasn't for her I would be giving Enterprise a 1 STAR.... I resvd. a Premium SUV a month before my trip, well about a day before my trip and while working with agents to help me get my rental... I was told I may not have a premium SUV for my trip, so I asked how does this happen.... The reply I got was well we book 20% over just like the airlines....... Well that put me over the top..... I work for over 3 hrs w Jamie and we could get anything.... so I decided to go outside my rental area and by this time I am already 6 hrs into researching for a premium SUV..... well I found one but I have to drive 2 1/2 hrs each way (SO THAT IS OVER 10 HRS IN MY TIME & MY GAS).... I will have to think about if I will ever resv. a rental from enterprise again THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME WITH THIS COMPANY....
I needed a car at the last minute. Called them and they pick me up at the a car dealership. The process was quick and easy. I even got a ride back to the dealership to pick up my car the next day. Great people.
Salesman was rude to me and my son. Tried to transport another customer on my dime! And rented me a dirty car! Please go somewhere else don't waste time & money.
