Be weary of this store, their warranties, and their service dispatch! We purchased a refrigerator and the warranty. Our fridge completely stopped working so we called the warranty for service. The first available appointment was five days from our call, with no availability outside of normal work hours. I took the day off work to make their 4 hour service window work. After doing so, the technician finally arrived two hours after the window had closed. Upon arrival he already seemed defeated and after less than ten minutes decided there was nothing he could do that day. I've been rescheduled for the same four hour time window three days from now. This will total 7 days without a fridge which is costing a significant amount of money and ontop of it all I am a nursing mother and have no way to store my milk. Highly dissatisfied and would recommend you not go through Sears for a warranty or repair.
I have used this location on multiple occasions for various appliance purchases. If you don't mind a scratch or dent, you can get a good value.
Great results getting a scratch and dent washer and dryer here. The first washer had issues, but they replaced it, at no cost, with an even better machine. Great for a set in a place where looks aren't important!
I would not recommend this place to anyone. I purchased a twin box spring s for my California king bed, only to find out once I got them home that they were so wide, upon returning them to the store, I was told that since I made the purchase with a check, that I would have to wait 10 to 20 days to get a refund by check in the mail. After waiting 10 days and still mot receiving my check I made numerous calls to the store. This was a major purchase, for me..I spent over $350.00 and receive d inaccurate in information on when to expect my return. After 30 days of waiting I went to the store where they simply refunded my money from the cash register. Something they could have done without me having to wait for 30 days. I was so disgust ed with the lack of consideration that they showed me that I will never shop there again,
