Metro Water Filter of the South

We built a home and had a well drilled. We had iron and other minerals in the water that made the water dingy so we had a local company install a filtration system. They didn’t improve the water and would not stand behind their product . Metro Water Filter was recommended to us so we had them come and check the water and install the system we needed.
Our installer was Danny and he was very professional and knowledgeable. After the system was installed we still had a problem with our water not being as clear as it should have been. We called and he came back and took care of the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone that is needing a water filtration system. They are very prompt and they stand behind their product and their work.👍

Poor customer service! Beware of excessive maintenance increases.

Recently my husband and I had Metro Water Filter install water filtration systems of both of our residences. I wanted to take the time to write this review to tell just how pleased we are not only with the filter systems, but with the excellent service provided by the technicians. The professional and courteous employees did a great job and we were overwhelmed with their knowledge, as well as their outstanding kindness.



As small business owners, we are sensitive to how our employees conduct themselves; they are a reflection on the company as a whole. It was clearly evident to us how well run and professional this company is, and we have no doubt that Metro Water Filter will continue to grow because of these exceptional qualities.



The sales representatives were terrific, and promptly scheduled our service at a time that was convenient for us. There were no delays, and the employees did exactly what they said they would do. Both sales representatives were "top notch" and could not have been nicer!

My wife and I had a terrible problem with our water coming from the well. We called the well company and they immediately recomment a water filtration company based in Tucker, Ga. Metro Water Filter of the South responed to our call quickly and in a very professional manner. The very next day they were here taking a water sample and doing analysis on it. The test was done according to the EPA. We had a problem! Our water was contaminated with a lot of sediment and it was very high in minerals causing what is called "hard water". Merto recommended what filtration equipment was needed to correct the problem, gave us the free water test, quoted us a total price including the installation of the system and in a very professional, next day service, installed the system. No more problems with our water and a big thank you to Metro Water Filter of the South!!!!!!
