Customer service is horrible! Had an issue with toilet clogging on 3 occasions; manager insinuated that I was the cause of plumbing issue. When asked to speak with manager, stated, "I am the manager" & then abruptly hung up the phone!! I'm sure working at a hotel does not require you to be a college grad, or demonstrate much intellect, but displaying customer service should be common courtesy!!! Who regulates hotels?
Im staying at northlake inn now.I hate this motel.ROACHES!ROACHES!ROACHES!!!They my homies now.
I don't recommend anyone spend their money here. The shower didn't work and when we went to complain we were told there weren't ANY other rooms available (not true at all due to the lack of cars in the parking lot). Needless to say we paid to not even take a shower. The women in the front office was incredibly rude and made us feel like it was our fault the shower didn't work. I called the manger to complain and ask for a refund and never received a call back.
Moldy grout, leaky tub, minimal water pressure, pitiful breakfast, the weakest coffee ever and thugs hanging out in the lobby and hallways at all hours. Never again!
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great facility and breakfast. Marlows attached perfect for when you don't want to go out.
I stay at this hotel every time I come to Tucker which is about 6-7 times a year. The staff is always exceptionally friendly, the food at Matrlow's Tavern is fantastic, anytime I need anything from the front desk, they are always right there to assist. There's nothing like staying at home but this is the next best thing! I recommed to everyone :)
Staying here for 45 days. Good staff, good rooms, and enjoyed my stay.Make sure and visit the roof top bar, Marlow's Tavern, and let Paul and Tracey take good care of you.
