I had a running problem on my Armada. It turned out it needed catalytic converters. I shopped around to many different shops. They averaged around $3000 for the repair but Panos was able to do it for $1200 because they didn't have to buy oem converters they were able to install aftermarket ones. I use them for all my repairs now and I would recommend to anyone.

These guys have been taking care of all the cars in my family for over a decade. They are always my first choice.

I dropped my car off first thing in the morning before work. I received a phone call with what needed to be done and how much it would cost before they started working on my car. The work was completed before the end of the day. They did not charge me a diagnostic fee, which was nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

At this point, I am very disgusted. I took my daughter's car to Panos Automotive in May 2013 for air conditioner repair. It burned up 7 days later. Owner Johnny Panos offered us a check and purchase of a used car at a reduced rate. However, after several phone calls, he has not come through with the used car.

We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They gave him about a month to respond - NO RESPONSE. Today, he received an F rating from the Better Business Bureau.
