I bought Pre-owned I-Phone 5S from them, and after one day I found that Once i shut the phone off and restarted, the sim gets locked every time and it has to be unlocked every time. I went to store next day and they could not fix the problem and they won't exchange the phone either. They don't have even Sim cards in stock. The asstt store manager made me go tp Apple store for sim card and apple people were surprised. And then I called customer service back and forth form customer repersentative to store repersentative, then to supervisor at sprint customer service and then sprint replacement customer service for 3 hours and they just wasted my time and did not do any thing to solve the problem. Then guess what, store rep and customer rep both want me to have phone insurance after I found the phone defective, I said its cheating insurance but they don't care. Well I did not want any insurance, so I am still with the defective phone. Please don't buy sprint phones.
