I always come to this Burger King once a week, whenever I go to Wal-Mart across the street, it's always clean, the people are always friendly, and the service is excellent. The food is always fresh and hot from the kitchen and the atmosphere is pleasant.
My girlfriend and I both went to this Friendly's last winter--and, it was the absolute WORST Friendly's Restaurant that we have ever visited!!! Background: both my girlfriend and I are college-educated professionals in our late-50s; and, when we were in high school and in college in the 1970s, we both worked in restaurants--so, we know a LOT more about restaurants than the average person.The Friendly's Restaurant in Troy was an ICE COLD BARN--and, that was the best thing about it. We had to ask the waitress TWICE for coffee, and TWICE for cream and sugar. My meal was satisfactory--but, the cook and the waitress should be FIRED for the GARBAGE that they served my girlfriend: she was served BROWN salad--and, while picking thru it with her fork trying to find some green... she found a BUG... I say again, a BUG!!!!!This was brought by me to the immediate attention of the Manager--who appeared to have a LOT of experience in assuaging customers... but who also appeared to be equally inept at being pro-active... so that customers do NOT have anything to complain about.But that is not the end of the story: before we left the restaurant, we utilized the restrooms. The Ladies Room was even worse than the Men's Room: not only was there NO soap and NO paper towels, there was almost no toilet paper--but, worst of all, there was FECAL MATTER on the toilet seat, and a bunch of toilet paper on the floor around the toilet!!! Lastly, if there is NO soap and NO paper towels in the restrooms, HOW DO THE EMPLOYEES MANAGE TO WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE HANDLING YOUR FOOD?!!!!!
I absolutely loved this McDonalds when it first opened, it was great me and my friends could gather here at anytime for coffee and conversation. However in the last 6 months it has now become a place for the young homeless people to congregate and sleep and panhandle people out of money. There are now 5 homeless people that sleep here every night and they con people into buying them food and giving them money, these people are also dirty. The employees are great people but the young homeless people ruin it and bother you and its sad. I hope they get the homeless people out of here.

I agree with the 1st review listed. We had a signed contract and ended up paying 3X the agreed upon amount. We didn't need a permit for most of the work but did need one for the kitchen. We were told by owner he secured the permit. Upon selling the home, we found out he never go the permit bc he didn't have insurance. He told us he had insurance at contract time. I trusted him bc he did a great job(small) for me previously. we paid several hundred dollars to another contractor on top of $150 for the permit in order to proceed with the sale. Now that I think back, around the time of the permit issue, he all to a sudden wanted more money, caught an attitude and left the job unfinished. He's not worth taking to court. We were charged for two men working daily but most days it was only one. Get a certified contractor and check all documents and get an iron clad contract that includes payment dates tied to work completed. Lesson well learned.

Well I bought a zig zag e vaporizer at this store and upon trying to use the product it was broke. So like any one else I went back to the store and tried to exchange the vaporizer. I had a receipt and was dated for that morning. They refused to exchange the product even though it was obviously broken. And did not even have a charge. Needless to say my year and a half patronage to this store means nothing to the owner. Word of device do not expect any quality products in this store.
They have a sign outside saying happy meals are $2.99 they aren't. They are in fact $4.99. Take the sign down or charge $2.99 like you say you do. ..
