Great service with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Drive up window makes drop off and pick up of prescriptions so easy. Highly recommend!
vert poor service from the pharmacy. went there to pick up a prescription was waited on by the store manager. he had no clue what he was doing and informed me the prescriptions I needed to get were done because of insurance reasons (25 minutes wasted waiting).my wife called to find out what was up the tech told her the prescriptions have been ready for quite some time. another trip there and this time thirty minutes wasted.thanks to them I had to miss an important appointment.I will be moving my rx business to kroger.my advice to anyone new to the troy Missouri area is kroger is good to shop at but go to wentzville for everything.
Called to inquire about my daughters prescription and was told it has been sitting there since the 14th. The girl on the other end was extremely rude and said they were not going to fill it because it costs $80. No phone call to me about needing her insurance card or anything has occurred. I told her the card should be on file as I have picked up previous prescriptions her reply was a lovely and rude *loud sigh* followed by "I'll go check." Before I could say anything I was placed on hold. The manager Dale, who was also less than helpful, comes back saying they don't have the insurance card. Funny how Medicine Shoppe here in Troy had NO problem filling my daughter's prescription a few months back despite it would cost us almost $200 but Beckwith Pharmacy refuses?!?! I did not realize it was legal to refuse to fill medication prescribed by a doctor. Anyway, when I explained to Dale how rude the girl was on the phone there was no apology, no signs of remorse, no change in tone...NOTHING! Apparently, the customer service given from Beckwith is no service at all. I will never recommend anyone use them and my family won't make the mistake again.
I just went into there to pay my electric bill and the older woman who helped me was very rude and a bit mean. She was chasing a fly when my husband and I walked in and my husband tried to joke around with her and asked her if she needed help (he's very tall and could easily reach the fly). She replied, "that damn fly is gonna be the death of me, no I don't need any help. What do you guys want?" I filled out the form for my electric bill and handed her the money. She exclaimed, "can't you read the sign? There's a $1 fee." I didn't see a sign however we discovered that it had fallen down and was a few steps away on the floor. She TOLD me to pick it up and put it back on the wall, not asked. My bill was $63 and my husband gave her $74 and asked for a $10 bill back (the total was $64 with the fee). She says, "I heard you the first time, I'm not elderly." (He only said it once). This was only the third time we've been in there (we usually pay online) but I don't think we will be back at all. I also noticed that the store was stinky, there were stains on the carpet and the prices were way too high.
The pharmacy is where I go to pay my electric bill. I would not use it for any other purpose. The building smells of dust and mildew, an prescription prices are more expensive than everyone else in town. Would be nice if YP had business hours posted. When I googled pharmacy it showed that the hours of operation were included...
