Based on a simple maintenance repair the staff was very easy to work with. They respected my time on getting me in and out quickly. The service advisor brought to my attention what future needs that I will be facing and let me know the order of importance.

I went to several ford dealers and got a price all the other ford dealers gave me a price and then change it when I went to buy . I was so upset with the other dealers that I was not going to get a new f150 then I was told about them. I then called down there and talked to john pace and the sales manger they were great to deal with . I will not every buy from any one else I will be customer for life.
I was just stunned, such a pleasant surprise when I went to pick up my van from Grand Prix Auto Collision Center, not only did the outside look so beautiful, but they went a vacuumed and cleaned the interior of my van. That was no small service since I have been sick for the last couple months, have five kids, and the priority of cleaning the van fell off the radar. That was so beyond the work I expected. The body work was excellent. My car looks brand new. They worked so fast got my car right in and out the job only took about two and a half days. The people there were courteous, open, and honest. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks so Much! I am so thankful for local, family owned, and old fashioned service.
These people shouldn't be allowed to own a business of any kind. Wife traded in a car for one of there's and she got stuck defaulting on her loan for the car she traded in. These people promised to pay for her trade in. Needless to say they lied and the car was repossessed at THEIR lot. Dirty, worthless, lowlife individuals who WILL screw you over. DO NOT shop there.
Dennis, the owner, DISCRIMINATES!!!My son and friend rode their bicycles by to check out a truck thatmy family has had an eye on for several weeks. Upon approach, my son's chainfell off. My son laid his bike down against a pole and began walking to view thetruck. Dennis, the owner proceeded to tell my son to get off his property. My son explained that he was interested in the tuck. Dennis told him that people don't ride their bikes to look at cars and get off his property. My son tried to explain that he wasturning sixteen in less than two weeks and we had been eyeing this truck.Dennis had a few choice words for the boys and the boys left. I contacted Dennis, asked him if he had been working all day and if he could explain to me what had taken place. Everyone has a different version of events and I needed to correct the boys if needed. Dennis insinuated that the boys were riding around his lot erratically. I asked for him toelaborate. Dennis stated upon approach, one boy's chain had broken. "Howcan the boy's be riding on the lot if the bike chain was broken?" , I asked? Dennisimmediately called me stupid and threatened to contact the police if he sees my son again. Dennis, this is the day of social media, customer service is key, you can't afford to discriminate!
