Not your typical pizza place. From the ordinary to the extraordinary, they serve it up with a smile! My favorite is the carmelized pear and gorgonzo…
Really great pizza! Just like the pizza I eat when I visit Chicago... Each piece weights a ton...
Terrible customer service, forgot half my order took over two hours to bring the rest back and I had to call to remind them about the rest of the order..terrible experience very disarppointed and frustrated also no paper plates or napkins as I requested..
I went in to Benito's last weekend to get a undercooked and greasy pizza. To say the least, this place is so overpriced. I would of been happy going with a 5 dollar hot and ready, it would of been cheaper and tasted so much better! save your money and go some place else
This review was sent via email to the corporate office:This review is on your Troy location.Last week was the first time we ordered anything from a Sorrento Pizzatakeout. When i called to order a medium pepperoni and mushroom pizza, the person I talked to was very polite and professional. When I walkedin, a young lady with a million dollar smile asked me, "can I help yousir?" I was about 5 minutes early. During this time she handed me apasta sampler, It was delicious. My wife and I tasted the pizza and we both said at the same time,"this is perfect".Last night was "Pasta Wednesday" We both ordered the Mostaccioli. Mywife had it with meatballs and I had it with mushrooms and bakedmozzarella cheese. It was great.Your prices are competitive and your food is DELICIOUS.Keep up the good work and give that young lady with a million dollarsmile a raise. We'll be back soon
I stopped in after work last week to order a pizza from this place, and I would say job well done! We got a regular pepperoni pizza(best pepperoni!) not only was the food good, but excellent service! I just picked up a meat ravoil, and it was delicious! They told me on Wednesdays they have a special on pasta, I know where I'm having dinner on Wednesdays!
We've given this place a whole heck of a lot of chances. When it's good, it's good but when it's bad, it's downright annoying. Much of our dissatisfaction stems from missing items from our orders, incorrect orders in which items are present that weren't ordered, half cooked pizza crusts, overcooked fries, et cetera. And tonight we had an issue with onions on our burgers. We had been accustomed to them placing actual rings of onion on their burgers and tonight ended up with a few pieces of diced onion on the burger, in the middle of the chopped lettuce. A call was made making a complaint about it, which was first handled by the manager and then brought to the owner's attention. His responses were, "We don't use sliced onions" and "Would you like me to bring you some onions?"This place has definitely lost our business after this ordeal.
Avoid this pizza place! Pizza is no good. Also accused of using coupon from another location at their location and manager used bad language. I apologized that restaurant.com did not reimburse them for their $10 coupon, but they still would not sell me any pizza unless I paid the $10. I told them they are going to lose a customer over $10 that is not my fault. They did not care!
We usually get pizza from this place a few times a month and is pretty good. Today it taste like cardboard. Terrible.
We have eaten here for years. It is a nice and clean family pizzeria where the food is good and easy on the pocket book. We normally have good service. There have been a few exceptions that were due to unexpected crowds. It's not fancy, just good. Give them a try.
