We bought a ranch in the area and had the entire first floor renewed with Luxury Vinyl planks; In addition the finished basement was refreshed with a nice new carpet. From the beginning the owners of the company supported us perfectly with their experience and drive. The flooring of both areas went smoothly and on time and looks just great. Everything that had been promised was met. The absolute best was when they went beyond expectations and carpeted the entire finished basement in just one Sunday.
This had become a necessity because we wanted to move in a few days later. Great people did a great job for us. Thank you.

Notwithstanding the fact that this company provides a wide array of good floor products, we ended up being victims of their incredibly poor installation work.

Having paid over $10,000 for expensive hardwood floor and work, we ended up having a floor that bends in various places of our bedrooms! We were very unfortunate that we have paid them right after the work was completed and didn’t notice in what condition the floor is. Now, they are just ignoring us and our complaints.

After having complained to them in person and on the phone, that same guy came back to our house for five minutes, tried stuffing some piece of carton that he took from garage, said that he won’t do the rest of the areas because he didn’t want to damage the floor, turned back and left. It appears that he he knows nothing about floors!

We have called Kathy again and she just apologized and said they will see what can be done.

Moreover, the way this installer guy treated us was very rude given the poor work he has done! He is very unprofessional, I even don’t know where they have found him. He was strange in the beginning to us also since he brought some young kids to install the floor. But we didn’t say anything and thought that this is how it is supposed to be and ended up being wrong.

Also, after day one when one and half of the second bedroom were completed, we noticed that all small pieces of the floor were installed right in the middle of the room! Instead of installing them by the wall and placing long pieces throughout the room, they did opposite - all small pieces were in the middle and long by the wall! We have called and complained right away and at least two other bedrooms were done properly. This all tells about utmost unprofessionalism of their installers!

We are extremely unsatisfied and mad with their work and the fact that they don’t want to fix their poor job even though that they’re saying that they have guarantee on fixing any issues after floor installation!
