DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Only giving a one star because it made me! Very very unprofessional and poor company!!! The eyebrow lady did a horrible job. I had a groupon with Terri for nails and she did a horrible job too! I had purchased two groupons in advance (my mistake!) and she demanded that purchase them from her there instead of thru groupon! So thinking that a professional business would refund your PRE PAID PURCHASE when you do not use it was pretty obvious to me. But NO they did not want to refund for no good reason whatsoever. This was only purchased a month ago , not expired, had the GC and receipt right there. Easy as pie yeah right! The owner wasn't in and the old worn out crazy lady at front desk was probably the rudest person I have ever in my life dealt with. She even called ME a B*!!!! So much for customer service! What I was asking was nothing out of the ordinary! Worst experience I have EVER had with a business! Get it together!

Big store, great products, & great service. The blonde lady (owner) is awesome & so friendly. I won't go anywhere else.
