We had my mother's funeral luncheon at Picano's April 8, 2017. It was perfect. During the planning stages they were always accommodating regardless of my many phone calls, visits and questions. I even switched back and forth between banquet rooms--not knowing how many guests would attend. I usually worked with Theresa, but I think I spoke with all staff at one time or another. I told Theresa I think we'd have about 57 guests but the day of we had 71 show up! I was mortified--but Theresa calmly worked with staff adding tables and within 10 minutes everyone was seated. Magical! The 5 course meal was perfect, many servers, plenty of food and beverage. I'm sure my mother is smiling! Thanks Picano's!

We have selected Picano’s Italian Grill for our Holiday Luncheon again this year because of the excellent experience we had last year. Everyone from the valet, hostess and servers all met us with smiles and warm greetings. The waitresses were excellent they kept our drinks and bread baskets filled. The food for all 33 of us came out in a timely manner and of course was excellent. We are looking forward to another wonderful experience this year. Im an new employee in the Troy area & I think I found my favorite Chicken Parm in town. Chicken parm was amazing, great staff & most of all great lunch pricing. Very nice relaxing music, quick staff in & out in 30 mins for sit-down. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I ordered the Ribeye Steak and Shrimp. The photo showed what looked like (2) 4oz. pieces of beef about an Inch thick. I got (2) 4oz. pieces of meat that was about a 1/4" thick. Which means there was now way to cook it medium rare.
