It's been almost 2 months (since Aug 24th) that my "Safety" related work order is open with this Troy office. And despite 3 followup emails and 2 voice mails, there have been absolutely no action, update or communication whatsoever on my work order yet. Whenever I called the office, the person looked up the work order and told me he has no clue what is going on with the work order and then when asked to transfer to the in-charge Diane Cartledge, she is never to be found to talk...NEVER, it goes straight to her voice mail! And she hasn't even responded my three emails and voice mails in 2 months! This office has absolutely no shame taking the payment on time with no tolerance for even a day late but when it comes to providing service...naada...nothing!! This Troy Kramer-Triad office doesn't deserve even one star...TERRIBLY RIDICULOUS SERVICE!!!I hope that the top Kramer-Triad management is watching this post, verifies that my complaint is genuine and then takes the appropriate action to restore the faith in their company.

We were scammed into paying them to "fix" my husband's older computer, which never ran right after Inside Out Networking worked on it. They were supposed to make it like new again...wrong! We would have been much better off buying a new one. We took it back repeatedly during the "warranty" period and each time the sent it back saying it was fixed. It wasn't and finally the warranty ran out and they wouldn't extend it. Obviously, they didn't want to see us again. After all their work the computer never worked right. Save your money and go somewhere else.
We began using ION quite a few years ago. At the time, yes, it was reasonably priced and they did help us set up our home computer. However, over the past 12-18 months we have given them over $1000 based on their recommendations. Our computer continued to falter regardless of their "fixes" until we finally neded to get a new one. I asked ION to help set up the new one. They charged me a basic fee, however, then charged me $49 per line item for an infrastructure that they had already established over the past few years!!! Did I review the costs ahead of time? Yes. Did I realize that these items would LITERALLY BE ONE CLICK?! NO!! I have been a customer for 5 years! Do you know what their answer was to me when I questioned the fairness of this? "If you have a problem with our methods or think you can do better, please do it yourself and do not hire us. We have nothing more to say about this."Wow! How is that for customer loyalty? Do not hire this group. At first it may seem fair, however, when you run into problems or need additional help you will be charged high prices for tasks that they have already done.
I've always dreaded taking my car to a mechanic because I was worried that they were going to rip me off. My friend told me about Revive Auto, and said they were the most reliable honest auto repair shop he has ever been to, so I thought I might as well give them a chance since my check engine light was on and I was in desperate need for a oil change.I arrived at Revive Auto around 10am, there was 2 people being serviced when I walked in, but right when I walked it I was helped immediately which was a pleasant surprise considering you usually have to wait forever at mechanic shops. I told the mechanic that helped me all my issues and he said no worries he will take a look at it asap. within 30 minutes, I had received my oil change and a answer to my check engine light. It was nothing more then a silly clogged air filter. They could have told me it was anything, but they were honest and it made me feel comfortable to use them from that moment on.From that day I've used them for all my auto needs. I went in 2 weeks ago for a flat tire, received 4 brand new tired $80 cheaper then Discount & Belle Tire!!! I didn't even know they could come cheaper then that!They also accept foreign and luxury cars. my dad takes his Lexus and my moms Cadillac in there because he said they are the only ones he trusts with his babies.So if your looking for a good honest auto repair shop, Revive Auto is the ONLY place I would recommend to my friends and Family. If you want good honest advice and you want quality work done on your car or truck then revive is where you go!
These guys truly are first class!!! LESS THAN ONE STAR DESERVED!!!! The Troy office manager, Rachel, was incompetent and had no cares for the owners like myself. We had water pressure so low from time to time that you could barely flush the toilets or even wash your hands. I called over and over because we have a small child who we could barely even bathe. They kept putting it off to send a plumber and when they finally did make an appointment to come out they didn't show then LIED and said my husband said not to come out that day!! They also gave us B.S. letters that were "warnings" about things we didn't even do, (I was accused of taking out trash at 6:30am on a Sunday in December) and I was pregnant too... so not possible for all those reasons. DON'T BOTHER telling them to resolve issues with ridiculous neighbors, they don't care.
Most honest place around! Take all of my cars there! They never try to sell me things I don't need.
