TERRIBLE customer service and employees. One particular employee at this location was giving out my CHILD'S phone number to their customers! Over 40 strangers called my child's phone and through their voicemails I found out which employee and at which store (this one) was giving it out. When I called the store to have them correct this, they hung up on me. When I called back they would not let me speak to a manager, they were not listeni g to waht i was telling them, and they would not even look into the employee that was giving out a CHILD'S phone number. After calling 12 oaks location and Apple Service, Apple Service called Somerset while I was on the phone with them and had it corrected. Somerset never even apologized. And I'll say it again...they were giving a child's phone number out to strangers! I am disgusted and infuriated that they didn't even consider how dangerous their mistake could be!Honestly, take the extra time to go to 12 Oaks in Novi instead.

We were scammed into paying them to "fix" my husband's older computer, which never ran right after Inside Out Networking worked on it. They were supposed to make it like new again...wrong! We would have been much better off buying a new one. We took it back repeatedly during the "warranty" period and each time the sent it back saying it was fixed. It wasn't and finally the warranty ran out and they wouldn't extend it. Obviously, they didn't want to see us again. After all their work the computer never worked right. Save your money and go somewhere else.
We began using ION quite a few years ago. At the time, yes, it was reasonably priced and they did help us set up our home computer. However, over the past 12-18 months we have given them over $1000 based on their recommendations. Our computer continued to falter regardless of their "fixes" until we finally neded to get a new one. I asked ION to help set up the new one. They charged me a basic fee, however, then charged me $49 per line item for an infrastructure that they had already established over the past few years!!! Did I review the costs ahead of time? Yes. Did I realize that these items would LITERALLY BE ONE CLICK?! NO!! I have been a customer for 5 years! Do you know what their answer was to me when I questioned the fairness of this? "If you have a problem with our methods or think you can do better, please do it yourself and do not hire us. We have nothing more to say about this."Wow! How is that for customer loyalty? Do not hire this group. At first it may seem fair, however, when you run into problems or need additional help you will be charged high prices for tasks that they have already done.
ABC warehouse is very dishonest they have Mattresses listed for sale that you can purchase, then they send you out something else from their warehouse in grand rapids michigan. I thought I was receiving a Sealy Mattress, they brought me Spring Air Mattress located in grand rapids mi. I never heard of them in my life.......If you know better you sure had better not purchase Mattresses from this dealer go to the actual mattress company. I did not know any better, had I remembered about yrs. ago when they was selling faulty mattresses I would have ran, but you get older and you forget.
Justin, the audio specialist, was extremely helpful with a problem I was having with my subwoofer setup. At no cost whatsoever, he came out to my car and helped me adjust some wires and turn a few knobs on my amp to make my system work at peak performance without cutting out every two seconds. We had a great experience with the guy we were working with at the store, but the delivery team was very disappointing. They broke our dryer in transit and had to come back another day with a new one. Then, on a separate occasion, they took nearly two hours to get to my house after their "heads-up" phone call, which caused me to be late to work.

I was on facebook scrolling down reviews when I ran across a picture of a child of color when I clicked the comments I was surprised to see so many racial slurs by a man named Derek Galarneau calling this baby the N word several times and not only using negative slurs towards blacks but Hispanics as well when I clicked his page your company was the first thing I saw and I am more than furious that your company would allow its employees to speak in such away while in representation of you I would like to be contacted about this matter and what will be done to correct this employee I have already saved documents concerning this situation and if I am not contacted I will be taking this to the press. Scam artists! They were supposed to do a diagnostic on my wife's computer. If they had actually performed the diagnostic and informed us of the many problems the computer had, we would have bought a new computer. Instead they told my wife that only the hard drive was bad and convinced her to spend over $300 on having a new one installed in an old computer that was falling apart. Naturally, after the $300 hard drive, the computer still doesn't work right. They offered to re-do the diagnostic we already paid for but said we would have to pay for it again! (and of course we're already out the $300 for new hard drive on a computer that won't work)
My external hard drive crashed and I needed to have it recoverded.They were very nice on the phone so I gave them a chance. I am very pleased with the way they treated me and with the honost approach they have with the work being done. Up front and real, they told me what could and could not be done, so I would not be surprised in the end.I will be having them install some office back up software next month and will call on them anytime I am in need of repair.Thank you InsiadeOut
They helped me set up five computers for my new business. They took them out of the box, set them up where I needed them to go, and configured them to work with my POS. Everything works great and the price was very reasonable.
