Horrible. I took my MKS to Troy and was initially told it was the timing belt. Later they told me it may not be covered by warranty and that I needed to pay for them to drop my engine to see. I talked to several friends who told me I'd be at the mercy of the dealership if I did that. Friends that use and are very happy at Varsity Lincoln advised I take it there. I did and they told me it was the timing chain, and fixed it. Varsity said it was under warranty. I am a single female, and many male friends feel Troy may have been trying to take advantage of that.
if you are out of state buyer, don't even bother wasting your time. In fact i will save you the trouble with this review. Beware of the Sales Manager Mike Moore (248-741-7920) who was extremely rude & unprofessional. He became extremely adversarial with me while trying to buy a Porsche. I initially tried to obtain financing and even after I conveyed to him I could pay cash for the vehicle, he still expressed total dis-interest in working together on a sale in which he blatantly told me over the phone after I finally got him to pick up one of my several calls. I informed him of my dissatisfaction and he had no remorse and remarked that I was the only one that ever had a problem with him. I have been in the sales industry for 10 years and I can assure you this cannot be true as I would never treat my clients in this fashion even if we can't make a deal. This man really needs a crash course on how to deal with people. I normally don't leave bad reviews but was so upset after the whole experience and pulling credit just be treated this way. Stay far away, especially if you are dealing with the sales manager Mike Moore and are purchasing from out of state!
