I haven't done business with a car dealership in over (30) years because of the hassle you had to go through just to get the bottom line price on a vehicle. This time it was very different to my surprise.I seen on a web site a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country that Bill Jackson had on their lot in Troy Al.I made a call about the van and asked for a cash walking out the door price.The price and deal was made over the phone to my surprise without any going back and forth.My wife and I drove (130) miles to the dealership the next day and the van was already sitting out front.The salesman that help us and went over all the feature with my wife and I was salesman Mr. Sam Johnson. He was very helpful and patient with us both.Mr.Jamie Myrick the Finance Manager was also very helpful in going through with us and explaining all the paper work. We decided to purchase an extended warranty which Mr Myrick took time to go over the different options that were available to us. He was most helpful in this endeavor.Before we left Mr Johnson seen to it that their people detailed the van and as an added Bonus the dealership gave us a full tank of gas.I know in any business you will come across people that you are unable to please. But not this time.Again I must say this was the best experience at a dealership I have ever had in the over (50) years of buying and trading vehicles,Thank you Bill Jackson in Troy Al.
