Together Each Accomplishes More

Some of our training attractions are Aerobics, Balance, Boxing, Cardio, Meditation, Prayer and Self-defense. We include boxing in our circuit training as a means to achieve spiritual, mental and physical wellness -- as a path to understanding personal growth and our principles -- but we are not a boxing facility. Team 2 Sweat does not create an atmosphere or allow situations that would harm, hurt or bring danger to our participants. Our classes are one hour and are limited to 16 participants training with one professional instructor and an assistant.

Team 2 Sweat emphasizes the need for two persons to motivate each other, recognizing that relationship is the key to a strong individual, a strong family, and a strong community. Individual persons, those without a partner, and people of other faiths are always and truly welcome. We honor the opportunity to both teach and to learn from all who join us. 


Regular Hours


We are located in the Crosspoint Shopping Center, directly across the street from the Trotwood Library.
