Terrible Experience.



I purchased a $43 rca adapter for my ipod at this store before returning home from my in-laws place at Lake Livingston at the end of July. The product did not work. After returning home I called the store and the employee who sold it to me said I could return the product by mail and they would send me a check. I immediately mailed the product back to them. A month later I called and the same employee confirmed that the product and enclosed letter were received and she did not understand why a check had not been sent and would talk to her boss. It is now two and half months later and no refund. I just called and spoke to some different employee. I quickly explained why I was calling. Unlike the previous employee this guy was completely unprofessional. His tone and attitude through the conversation basically conveyed to me that he simply did not care. He even tried to lie to me and said that the store had never received anything from me. He said it without pausing to ask anyone or say he would have to check with the owner/manager or other employees. I then explained that they did receive the adapter and different employee confirmed receiving it the last time I called. For some reason this only seemed to amuse him. I was still polite and cool up till this point but feeling very frustrated. I then tried to ask to speak to the owner/manager and the employee who previously helped. Playing dumb and in a smug tone he gave me unresponsive answers such as "huh" when I asked a question. The guy was practically laughing each time he spoke at this point. Why would you hire or keep an employee who enjoys ticking off customers. Furious I told him off and hung up.

Overall
I love this place

The employees were so helpful, and knowledgeable. They had an answer for every question I had and knew exactly what I was saying, even when I didn't. They spent so much time with me making sure I was comfortable with my new iPhone. I had been to the store in Huntsville and they made me feel like an inconvenience. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

great experience

awesome customer service! Very friendly staff. Nice to go to a store where people care about the customer. It's better than corporate radioshack stores.
