I have called the customer service number several times over the last couple days. I left messages, and have not received any replies. It sounds like your just calling someone's answering machine. I would send an email, but they don't give you one. I guess I'll have to buy from the competition. At least they'll answer my questions. I'll make sure to tell all my friends and family about Sealy's interest in their customer. Sealy.com sucks!
