        Overall

        I will not get into the details (too painful); but I would compare my experience to buying a car. Go to a family owned and run funeral home...I wish I had.

        nice and easy

        It was simpal and easy to pick out the needs for the memorial. the staff is nice and cares about you as well as your loved one i could not ask for a better help in my time of need.
