They were 20 minutes late opening and when I called to ask when it is they do open, the employee told me she's been there for yhe last 20 minutes. The door was locked, closed sign still up, and blankets covering all of the merchandise so the employee lied to me. I get there and it takes the employee 15 minutes to help the customer in front of me because her computer wasn't processing the transaction so we all stood around in awkward silence while she hit her vape pen in front of us. When she finally helped me she continued hitting her vape forcing me to wait for her to blow out her smoke so she could answer my questions. I'm 3 weeks without a cig and I need a replacement coil for my pen that I received on christmas. She tells me that they won't have any for a week. I ask her to sale me the one that is on display and tells me that she cannot. I then ask if I can just return my pen and then purchase a new one because it's only been really weeks since I've had it and she tells me no return policy. Of course only after hitting her vape while I'm there fidgety trying to get help from an employee and company that clearly don't care about the customer and his/her health. Now I have to go a full week trying not to smoke a cig because this company doesn't know how to do inventory and is unwilling to help a customer. Never coming hear again and anyone in trinidad area I strongly recommend buying ur equipment online.
