This particular WalMart takes absolutely NO Pride in their Customer Service, that's if they have any at all! I had a few problems with WalMart Employees NOT being able to understand their company's straightforward and non-complex Return Policies. Not only does one employees tell me one thing, then another gives me a completely different statement, but then I'm am being called a "Liar" and the lower employees are called "simple employees who carry no value in the words that they tell the customers" by a manager named HOLLY, who thought I lied about a conversation on Electronics Returns I had with the "employee on duty at that very dept.", and then continued to say that "he was a simple employee and his statements to me about the store and its policies carry no merit." So, Holly pretty much called a valuable a "liar" but also told that same customer that any "simple employee" under management knows absolutely nothing about the store or its policies and are giving customers wrong information .... So management just straight out told me that they are not doing their jobs by making sure their employees who work under them understand and know what they are paid as employees to do! And this same manager also is not understanding these refund policies! Its SAD that I know all the Policies in each dept. and the exceptions and exclusions that go along with them; which I must add are all listed and updated on the corporate website. Even after explaining to Holly what the Corporate website listed as their current policies ... she still told me I was wrong .... sounds like another "simple employee" to me ..... If anything, I was lied to , and was not even given a simple "Im sorry I cannot do anything for you in your favor but I am just following policy!" Absolutely ridiculous and utterly offensive to loyal Walmart customers ... NEVER WILL I STEP ANOTHER FOOT IN THAT WALMART AGAIN!!! CORPORATE CAN THANK HOLLY THE "MANAGER" OR BETTER YET, BLAME IT ALL ON THE "SIMPLE EMPLOYEES"!!!
