I go here for iLoveKickboxing.com's kickboxing classes. The classes are a lot of fun and you really see results. I have gotten both thinner and stronger since I joined. It is the first time I enjoyed exercising. The instructors are great motivators and really care about you as a person.

I grew up in the area and they were the first in the area to teach on a large scale. Started by Chuck Norris's instructor, been around forever. produced many black belts who started their own schools. So they get a high rating.
I wrestle here and it's helped become a better wrestler and it's also made me a better person
The perfect place to touch up skills in wrestling and a fun environment to learn in.

While the kickboxing classes are good, beware their contract. Classes are pricey, triple what you'd probably pay for a monthly gym membership, but this isn't what I'm upset about. Upon first signing up I was told I had to buy their gloves for "insurance purposes", most other kickboxing places I've researched usually give you gloves for free or you can buy them for $20 or so not $65. Also, my gloves got destroyed by my dog so I came to a few classes without and was asked what happened I told the instructor I ordered some off amazon, but was told I wasn't allowed to use them and that I'd have to buy new ones. This irritated me.Second, when I first signed up I was told there was a 2 month cancellation notice, I specifically asked if you could still use up those two months and was told yes. In other words, like most gym memberships I know you have to give 30 days notice to cancel if you're doing month to month, and every experience I had you could use up that last month you paid for. When I canceled today, I was told something different that you have to pay two months worth of dues to cancel and you can't use that time that you paid for. I feel like I was duped.
If your looking for a fun and great workout then i would definitely recommend the ILoveKickboxing program. I've been doing the ILoveKickboxing program for about 2 years now and love doing it. The classes are a lot of fun and the instructors are very motivating. I would highly recommend trying it out, once you do you'll be glad that you did. I went from a size 10 down to a size 4 -6 and I feel more fit and toned then I have in a long time.
ILoveKickboxing! Not only is that the name of what I do but it is how I feel about what I do. I tell people I started kick boxing and with confused faces they ask if I like it and I am quick to answer with I LOVE KICKBOXING.I decided to try kickboxing in hopes of getting toned for my Wedding, June 2014. When I went to my first class the staff and other kickboxing students were very warm and welcoming. I was a bit apprehensive to be a beginner with other students who have done classes before. However, with in the first 5 minutes I was care free and really enjoying myself. There are people all shapes, sizes, and ages in the classes. To help build my confidence, I was given a short training of the different punches and kicks that would be a part of the class. Once, the class started, we warmed –up and I worked my tush off. I felt great and I was a bit disappointed when the class ended. I couldn’t wait to come back. Good thing they have class 5 days a week! I enjoyed it so much; I persuaded my fiancé to join as well.Kickboxing will help me achieve not only my wedding goal but my personal goal to be a healthier more toned woman. Growing up, I danced at a studio and was in great shape. However, once it was time for college I fell off the bandwagon, but now I AM BACK. Kickboxing is a very motivational community. We all work together and you get to meet new people. If you are a part of a gym, which I am as well, you know that there is no one there to motivate and push you to keep going and try your hardest. At kickboxing you have a partner, peers and incredible teachers who are there to push and guide you to reach and maintain your goals. With ILoveKickboxing, I know I will be successful. This is the first time, I have ever been so passionate and confident about a program.
