Tried to inquire about repairing a TV. Girl on the phone was rude and unhelpful. She didn't know basic info about tvs then got mad when I questioned her. Would not recommend.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Appointment was made through Home Depot, as I have a service contract through them, it was for this morning, and since no one called to confirm I called to verify appointment, and I was on hold over 20 minutes, so I hung up and called back. Customer Service rep was a man with a heavy accent, Eugene, he could not comprehend English when I asked to verify my appointment for today he said that they were booked today and he could not make me appointment, I tried to let him know I had an appointment and wanted to verify it, he again told me no appointment for today. I asked to speak with a supervisor, he said no, I asked to speak to another customer service rep, he said no. I had to get Home Depot to intervene, seems that this company forgot to make my appointment for today. Home Depot rescheduled me with another company, thank goodness, if this company is so inept I do not want them near my washer!
I have use D L Concierge and it was surprisingly excellent and very reasonable.
Not trustworthy, technicians came out on the job spoken very little to none English and don't provide you the correct modle and part #. The price quote provided for a more expensive part (5 times more). I would not recommend them and will not use them again. overpriced big time.
