Primo Hoagies

Went in there today, just got done spending over $11.00 on their Italian hoagie and 4 day old(at least according to the packaging date) potato salad. Went up to ask for a sample of their meatballs and the young girl behind the counter was nice and was going to get me one but as soon as she went in the back to get it the owner, or so I assume, came out and said "that's gonna be tough to do, I only put 4 in a sandwich" intimating that the meatballs were to big to give me a sample. Well cheap b@st@rd let me tell you something, if I were the owner of the place, I would have found a way to give me a sample of the meatballs. Also, I will not be ordering from your mediocre hoagie shop again.

would have given 5stars if it weren't for the ignorant people that work there. great hoagies...ashamed the quality of people that work there are very,very, poor! they suck!

In response to Annoyed Resident; I don't know if you were having one of those..."Im having a bad day so im gonna take it out on everyone i come in contact with" attitudes. Or, perhaps your one of those people who have no life & hate everyone and everything.

I have had the pleasure to enjoy Primo hoagies for over 2 yrs now. I have never seen/heard ANY of the staff being rude or arrogant to anyone. They are greet customers with a happy "Hello." Primos Hoagies are by far the BEST than most places around here. The meats are always fresh and they don't "Skimp" on the amount of meats and cheeses as ALL other so-called hoagie shops do. I want to taste the meats not all bread-which by the way makes all the difference between a REAL Hoagie & a lunchmeat sub!

As far as them not using gloves, I agree they probally should be, However if you the have the time to critique people as you do, take notice how many restraunts, pizza shops, & diner's;"( Oh please if you really knew what goes on behind those doors ummph) you'd never eat out again. But we survive so relax try and ENJOY your time here and not complain about minial things, hey who know's you may actually smile for once. Get off your high horse & EAT MORE PRIMOS lol

The Owners of this location are extremely rude, unprofessional and arrogant.



First off they do not use gloves when making your sandwich and then they will ring you out at the register and go right on to the next sandwich.

Second the food is no better then what you get from subway

Third they bad mouth other restaurants in the shopping center that have been in business for many many years just to make themselves look better.



Try again guys this is an Epic Fail!
