Don't EVER set foot inside this "Dr's Office". I went to get antibiotics for an infection and needed them urgently. Initially they were nice and I received no issues. Dr was quick and friendly, gave my me prescription and everything was fine. However, they are a SCAM. They charged me MORE than what my insurance deductible was and are receiving both my money and the reimbursement from the insurance claim and are telling me that "that's how our office is run" therefore admitting they are a FRAUD. They do not tell their patients to come claim their refunds because they keep it all. I've been led around the moment I told them they charged me wrong. I've been given fake names, false promises for a refund and ignored requests for the owner, whom I believe doesn't actually exist. Horrible service, if I could give this company a -5 stars I would. Investigation will follow soon. Do NOT go in here. Plenty of urgent cares around that won't scam you.

by Taia B. on 04/01/2015This review is actually for the 433 Bellevue Ave Trenton, NJ location, located on the 4th floor. A little over a year ago they switched over from family medicine through Capital Healtg to Henry J Austin... Terrible idea! Of course everyone had to re register ( bring in ID, birth certificate etc) due to a new system. I did this in July 2014 and it is now April 2015. I brung my daughter in for her appointment and was asked for the same information that should already be in the system. The Hispanic woman who was registering me asks the black woman who'd completed our registration last summer what happened, she says that she just threw all of that paper work away from last year. Long story short, I had to come in the next day for a nurses visit so that my daughter could receive shots... I mistakenly grabbed my oldest daughters birth certificate and the same black lady who does registration says in a very nasty tone, " thats why you should've double checked before leaving the house this morning" she went on to say that her boss would be here tomorrow and that I needed to get it in because she(her boss) would be reviewing her work. I'm currently 8 months pregnant with high blood pressure and have no business arguing, so to keep my blood pressure at bay I am going to search for another pediatrician the moment I leave here.
not as wonderful as it used to be. doctor was not rude but the poor staff was so stressed from an office manager screaming at them
This was the best place. A little bit of a wait because it was busy. Still faster than the ER. The Nurse Practitioiner spent the time to explain my diagnosis and that antibiotics were not needed. I would recommend this place, especially if she was there.
Don't waste your time or money. Doctor was rude, wouldn't treat my injured finger. X-rayed it, said it was fine. Called the next morning saying it was broken. Would I like to come back and actually get it treated? Uuummm no thanks. I'll go to a real doctor.
I visited this location for a severe cold, sore throat, slight fever and loss of the ability to eat. My needs were dismissed and i was given nasal spray. Also the Nurse Practioner was very rude, cut me off repeatedly as I attempted to let her know of blood pressure/ sugar and told me take over the counter cold medication, which I can not. Most useless doctor visit ever!
I went to Doctors Express on advice from my daughter I have no insurance but they did not try to rip me off devil very nice staff and very caring doctors I was very pleased and sent quite a few of my friends there
I can always get into doc express when my doc is closed and for that i'm thankful. the place is very clean and with a kid's room where they take you if you have a little one like i do. that way she can play and i can be seen without worrying about her
I was unable to get an appt with my primary care Dr and needed to see a Dr the same day so I decided to try Dr Express. I found the staff to be very pleasant and professional. I thought Dr Thomas was great. He was professional, quickly diagnosed my problem and treated me. He also gave me detailed instructions for home care of my condition, called in my prescription and made me feel very comfortable. I would use their services again if the need arose.
They do not take tricare standard. They will charge you a $75 fee to be seen. I didn't stay... I went to the urgent care down the street which took my insurance and I didn't have a co pay. I didn't think they were all that friendly and cater to my needs.. That's just my oppinion...
