Everything was good but, when I asked them if I can leave my car on their lot, they told me "NO" the I requested a pick up. I had return the car on Sunday 2 PM. They did not tell me that their office will be closed upon my return. The office hours were written on the contract but I expected them to remind me so I can arrange for return pick up rather than waiting on the side of the road for uber!

Only reason why I am giving this place a star is because I can't write a review without one. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS RACIST RUDE PLACE! This is ridiculous. Andre Ivanovich needs to be fired. He treated me and my boyfriend with utter disrespect. We flew into Trenton on Dec. 29th and my boyfriend had made reservations online prior to coming to the rental place. My boyfriends license was a little damaged from all the bouncers bending it, hence the hologram was coming off. He is also under the age of 23, so they were going to charge him extra, but we got that fee waived online too by becoming a USAA member. When we got to the airport, he picked us up in the shuttle and took us to the Avis/Budget offices. He was constantly honking at drivers and passengers who were hugging their family/friends and flashing high beams at them. We figured that was a jersey thing and let it go, but as soon as we got to the office, there was another Russian man there too giving us weird looks. We don't know whether it was because of our race, or what, they kept asking my boyfriend questions with total disrespect, wasted our time, didn't let us rent the car because something was wrong with the license but he wouldn't tell us what. The other Russian guy kept questioning and weirdly interrogated my boyfriend when nothing was wrong and started asking us all these questions about insurance and stuff when no rental company ever does. We asked for a customer service number from him so we can call to figure out what was wrong, but he wouldn't even give us that number. Needless to say we were stranded on the airport for a good bit. He took us back to the airport, did not help us with our luggage or anything (we had 4 bags total). We then tried our luck with enterprise. We just wanted to get a car and get to our hotel. The manager aka Andre from Avis called the guy working at Enterprise and told him we were coming there and he told him not to give us a rental. I figured out his name because I saw the name on his phone calling as soon as we got to the counter. We got the man at Enterprise to go check my boyfriends license with the sheriff officers outside and there was absolutely nothing wrong!!! We ended up wasting 3 hours to get a rental car, paid double the price at Enterprise, got disrespected because of our race. Andre needs to be fired. There are so many comments about him and reviews about how terrible of a person he is. On our way back we had to pick up a rental at another location, and had to return the car at the same location. Unfortunately we had to face that dog again, not the way I wanted to end or begin my trip. I highly recommend not to go to this location to rent a car ever. I will complain to corporate, I will take action to get this man fired.
This was a very nice experience. The staffs were polite and quick enough to provide us good service. I will look forward to have next rental with them.
Prearranged getting a rental on Tuesday, 4/21/15. Enterprise associate met me at the car repair shop at the arranged time of 8:30 A.M. He then took me and another woman also having her car repaired to the Enterprise Office. I noticed the parking lot was free of cars which seemed strange since the arrangements were made ahead of time. The person taking care of me then told me I could use the van that he had driven to pick me up. I am 80 years old and currently being treated for cancer. There is no way I was going to take a vehicle that I had to step up into and had never experienced driving. All I required was any 4 door sedan. He then told me to wait that he thought he had the solution to my problem. I had made this appointment early because I had an appointment at Sloan Kettering in Baskin Ridge NJ. I was going to leave the rental at my daughter;s house in East Windsor and then go in her car. Mike when into the back of the office and and I could hear vacuuming being done the girl at the desk said let me go help him. He then came back and said he now had a car for me. Apparently this was a car that had just been returned and was not detailed. The car still had mud on it. However, none of this was an issue. He then proceeded to walk around the car and noted to me that the front passenger tire was missing it's wheel cover. I took the car and proceeded to my daughter's home in East Windsor to go with her in her car to my medical appointment. When she saw the car I had she was surprised to see the wheel cover missing,, I told her that it had been pointed out. She looked at the copy of the lease agreement and could not understand why the scratch under the front bumper in front of the tire missing the wheel cover and the marks on the back bumper was not noted on this sheet instead of just no damage. I spoke to Michael this morning and told him I was unhappy withe service yesterday but was more concerned that I would be held liable for the scratches that were on the vehicle. He told me that scratched on the vehicle were not considered damage. I offered to keep the vehicle if he would assure me in writing that this was so or he just give me a different car. He said that he would get back to me sometime today to do this.Rose Marie maher
My family has used Enterprise for several years. We have never had an issue with them. Their staff has always been friendly and worked with us to meet our needs. Their offer to pick you up or drop you off is not just an advertising gimmick. They are true to their word.
If you know whats best for you DO NOT rent a car from this place they have an employee by the name of Andre that is rude and nasty ...his customer services sucks especially if you are of a certain race
Came in from.florida...lived here my whole life have done business with enterprise in the past with no.problems...had a quote for 4 days for $78...wouldnt accept my florida drivers licwnse nor debit card had to go get my 81 yr old mother to do the rental...embarrassing...not bragging but we are well off no credit cards and no debt...evidently enterprise doesn't want customers like me....will never use them again....final rental cost $260 for 4 days....rip off company...stay away if u are out of state on business or visiting....service .person wasn't to nice either...just awful
