I worked with Jared and Heaven, I also talked to Derek a few times. They were all so incredible to talk to. They are so laid back, I literally felt like I was just hanging out with friends. I haven't bought a vehicle yet, due to insurance. But I look forward to coming back in and working with them. I would and will refer my family and friends to them.
I was told they would start working on fixing my truck around 10 days after I had dropped it off because they were backed up fixing other vehicles. After 27 days my truck was fixed. My transmission needed to be fixed that's why I took it to a transmission shop. If they had told me up front that is was going to take so long I would have taken my truck some where else. Instead they kept telling me that it was being worked on for an entire 3 weeks. This is not my first transmission that I had rebuilt and no other shop has taken over a week to do the actual work.
Very unsatisfied with the help after the sale sold use a lemon and refuses to do anything to help fix it only advice was take it to the ford dealer and we have to pay for it and frw weeks late on getting the plates
Don't buy here! My friend bought a car there yesterday, today a brake line failed. It has been less than 24 hours since purchase and Simple Auto refuses to fix the problem.
Mishelle, Derek and Aaron were fantastic, they made buying my jeep so easy and quick. I would definitely recommend Northpointe to my friends and family.
Great service, great prices, very trustworthy to deal with..........................................
After several exhausting days car shopping, looking at brand new and used vehicles, countless test drives and sales pitches, we arrived at Stein. Their customer service is phenomenal, the jeep we bought is flawless, and the small town atmosphere is refreshing. We could not be more pleased with the service, the value, or the overall quality. Will almost certainly buy our next vehicle here as well.
Typically, all used-car dealers that I have purchased from prior, the cars have proven to be "lemons" in need of MAJOR repairs and on death's door. I have had nothing short of rip-off's from all the used-car dealerships I've dealt with "except" for Stein Motors of Traverse City. Six months ago we purchased a 1999 Jeep Cherokee and are still driving the car without "major" incident! We did have to replace the brake shoes and have one ball-joint (upper and lower) replaced, but the car runs like a dream and looks brand new inside and out. I have nothing bad to say about this dealership, but in fact recommend them to anyone in need of a used car.
