I would not recommend this company to anybody! They were very inconsiderate and my health issues was not in their interest I was dealing with them and in the process for a year for a new wheelchair and was pretty much told to get lost and find somebody else nobody higher than Chris the general manager which he was very rude I guess next step is to call Channel 9 and 10 News about this establishment talking to other handicap people they were treated in the same manner very unprofessional
This place is no good at all. They hire inexperienced stylists who have no clue what they are doing.
In the past when I lived in Traverse City I found that people were most helpful and kind. However two occurrences now cause me to pause and wonder if I should go back to the original compounding pharmacy in Oakland cty that I dealt with for years with no problems. First problem a check was sent to pay for prescription they didn't receive it for two weeks, but asked all during that time if they'd watch for it and let me know when they did receive it. It turns out someone didn't pay attention, check received and deposited into their bank acct. Mean while another check had to be written and waited for the time it took snail mail to be received while all the time the money was received by them. This week, last week was told script was to be mailed out last Friday, it wasn't. Yesterday called, fourth or fifth call to deal with this one script that I've been taking six and a half years. Was told it would be over night delivery to me. It wasn't, called again and found that out and that I won't receive it until Monday. Good thing it isn't a life saving med as one could expire for the time it has taken to NOT receive it. I think the c.s. hasn't been so great and am not happy with the lack of communication and the lack of following through with the customer to let someone know what's going on. To say they're going to do something and then not doing it isn't good c.s. I really enjoyed my initial interactions with these people, but that all changed with these two problems that I've experienced.
This company is so bad when it comes to shipping items in a timely manner; not only that, but they lie about it as well. I ordered Prohemia, was told it was shipped on 2/7 several times in an e-mail. I finally received the order today 2/18. Turns out according to the postmark, it was not shipped until 2/11. I also paid $79.90 for 6 bottles of Prohemia on 2/11 via Paypal. As of today, 2/18, it still has not been shipped. This company, and the people who work for it are far less then honest in their dealing to out right lying. From this point forward, I will be getting Prohemia from Amazon.com. Least I can count on timely shipping.

I love this place! Had my hair done with Leeta, the salon manager. She did AMAZING highlights and a color gloss after that gave me a blonde shade perfectly blended for my skin tone. I LOVE my hair!! Thank you Leeta!!!
i think its dumb you have to have a beauty license for you to go in there otherwise your not allowed to buy anything or even LOOK!
Don't order the vitamins. They tell you that you can cancel with just a phone call, mind you nothing you receive has there phone number on it. Also when you finally call them they are never there. I don't feel that the vitamins did anything for my husband and have been trying to cancel now for 3 months.Don't do it.
This store has the best selections of beauty supplies I have ever seen! It provides great customer service and a wonderful shopping experience.
