Picked up the car at eight AM and it was waiting for me. They upgraded me to a larger car, which was nice. No problems occurred during the trip. Drop off was fast and easy. I would use Enterprise again
Do not rent from this location unless you check that the open hours are significantly longer than your arrival time to permit getting a car in the event of airline delays. Filling out your flight information on your reservation will not matter in the slightest. The employees of this National Car Rental location left me stranded when my plane was delayed. Though arriving with a confirmed rental, by the time I got to the counter due to airline delays, it was closed with no arrangements made to cover me. No email sent to me. No phone call made. I was traveling alone to help my elderly parents an hour away and now I stood there with no car to get to them while it got dark. A phone call to the 800 number confirmed my reservation yet the only option offered was for me to return at 10 am the next day. Though a loyal Enterprise customer for years, I will not rent from them again for this location. Hertz rescued me.
Don't buy here. My friend bought a car yesterday, today a brake line went out. Less than 24 hours from the purchase and Simple Auto refuses to fix it. You have been warned!
The Traverse City location is superb. The staff has great customer service skills and are very courteous and attentive to my needs. I am a National Executive Elite member and I see a lot of different National locations. It is always a joy (and it has been several years) to do business with the National Traverse City MI location.
This location has the most consistent and attentive staff out of any National Car Rental location I have rented from throughout the past 15 years. I am a National Executive Elite renter and the Station Manager @ this location is top notch. This location may not be as large as some airports, but you still have to do things "right" and these guys do that...
