        Abysmal Customer Service

        I picked up a friend's dog from Cherry Bend. The receptionist and vet tech were very friendly and helpful and the quality of treatment went beyond expectations.



        The office would not release the pet to me without first getting permission from the pet's owner, which was necessary and proper. However in the course of doing so Dr. Sheard was rude and hostile even though I was nothing but cooperative with him and his staff. When I mentioned his improper demeanor he said "I'm sorry you feel that way" rather than apologizing.



        If I am ever a pet owner, I will never leave it in the care of Dr. Sheard.
