I wish I could give TEN STARS. Our experience with Dr. Dan Madion, Kyle, and Kelli, was exceptional.

I went in for a routine procedure and had a great experience at this office. The entire staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Olsen did a great job of explaining things and was very efficient. I would definitely recommend their office to anyone.

GTOS is a great place. I recently had my first experience there and there level of interest in helping you as a patient was amazing. Everyone was incredibly helpful. The doctor treated you respectfully, answered any questions you had, provided contact numbers if there were complications after hours, and was just a nice guy. Lynette was very helpful. They even helped walk you out to your car after the surgery. I don't want to have get my wisdom teeth pulled but when I do I'll definitely be going there.

I was to have a molar extracted . I went in for the appt as planned . They hooked me up to the blood pressure machine . I'm overweight and have always needed the xl/tall cuff . If I don't have that my readings will not be accurate . The nurse said this was largest cuff ( it said adult large so I knew it was too small). So sure enough I get a bp reading 234/119 like yeah right lol I should be comatose or dead!! So I ask again for plus size cuff she says no and retakes again a high bp. Doctor Olsen comes in and asks if I've ever been on blood pressure meds. He's shocked when I say no and that my normal bp is 120/80 when I use the correct cuff. Shockingly at this point he calls me a LIAR and says that I need to have an ahh ha moment and seek immediate treatment at the er. That I will go into coma or stroke soon with those numbers. I tell him that's not happening he says well at least see your primary doctor I tell him I did in fact just 2 days prior. He again tells me I'm lying and that PEOPLE LIKE ME need to accept help when it's offered. I tell him I understand his concern but that his machine is wrong . He says his $10,000 machine is right and I need to go to ER before I die because death lasts a while . He went on and on about seeking treatment and I say sir if I hadn't seen doctor recently and know what my true bp was I would but your machine and cuff are giving a false number. That reading would mean a stroke or at the very least other high bp factors like sweating, headaches, vision issues , etc to name a few . I wouldn't have drove myself , joking with nurse , been cold from window I also wouldn't be able to talk and breathe norm etc you don't just have a 234/119 and be norm if it's truly that high lol!! Anyhow so during this visit he called me a liar , told me my history didn't matter and that fat people like me need help lol ...wow that's professional. See here's the thing had he came in and said I can't do the surgery because these numbers are too high I would understand. For example if his malpractice had certain limits for the blood pressure to be at to do surgery that's find I'd understand. No he came in attacking someone he had never talked to , never had a medical history on , never seen any signs of distress etc and attacked the patient . Who does that?????
