So I bought some stuff from here for Christmas. They told me I could get 2 free months of 3 magazines of my choice. I did, but after that time was up they low key charged my account for an additional two months no notifications received until I checked my bank statement. They charged 42 dollars to my account each month. So I called to unsubscribe and they first guy I got was really helpful he gave me a number to call so they could cancel it directly but nobody I talked to barely spoke english. So I called back bam just to make sure it was canceled and was told that they have an "A rating, if they say it's canceled then it's canceled". Honestly I'm not very happy you should NOT treat customers that way!

Friendly, fun, and warm. The staff is always available to help you find the book you are searching for. The cafe has a pleasant atmosphere and the coffee is always served fresh! It's a great way to relax after a long day at work.

I love going to BAM in Traverse City. I don't know about ordering books, but their selection is vast and their staff is helpful and kind. Their coffee is excellent. The coffee shop is a comfortable place to hang out when you have a few moments to spare. I buy many things from Amazon, but when it comes to books I like to check out our local stores first because I really do appreciate their presence and what they offer.



Don't say thank you!

Purchased an audio cd. After completing my purchase I asked the cashier if she had put the receipt in the bag. "why wouldn't I" was the then I said thank you, and didn't even get a I audibly stated "well I guess I'm welcome!"

Won't be back. Check your female cashiers blood pressure.



slow with orders

I ordered a book for my mother in law may 10th. Today is June 1 and I'm still waiting for it to arrive to the store. good thing her birthday is not until June 17th.
