I am shocked that Art Van of Traverse City has continually given my son & his wife the run-around on repairing their leather sofa and chair despite that fact that they purchased the leather protection plan. The color has simply come off in a multitude of places on their pieces. I had a problem with our sofa of the same brand & the Portage Art Van was great about honoring our protection plan & provided 3 new cushion covers when only 1 was damaged so all the cushions would match. Traverse City and corporate need to stand up to their protection plan. We have spent thousands with the company and need to feel Art Van’s integrity is in tack if we are going to continue to do business with them or encourage our family & friends to do so. Our kids have three pages on file noting contacts to the Traverse City store. Since Traverse City store has not fixed the problems, they need to replace the pieces with furniture of original equal value and stand behind their customers.
