Very shady business practices. They force you pay a deposit on a home before you are approved. Then if you are not approved, you are supposed to get your deposit back. But, this is where they get shady. If you forgot to disclose something on your application, they keep your deposit, per fine print. They won't even go over it with you to make you filled everything out properly. They won't even tell you that they are doing it. I had to make 5 phone calls over a three day period to get answers. I told them that the mistake we made was an oversight. I also explained to them that I was disabled, we have a special needs child and that we could not afford the loss of our $300. They told me that the deposit was forfeited, and there was nothing I could do about it. There are other options. Stay away from the unethical people at Noble Homes.
