Walked in thinking I needed to buy a new laptop because Best Buy failed to tell me my computer was still under manufacturer warranty. However, I was pointed in the right direction and ended up saving money.

The rate of response to computer issues is slow. You can submit a "ticket" immediately, but it may take 3-4 days for it to be addressed. In addition, we were advised that our server computer would not function and would soon "crash" if not replaced. As such, I allowed them to replace it only to find out since dismissing them, that the server they installed WILL NOT function with the business software. So now, I am in the position of having to correct an error on their part in incorrectly assessing our computer needs. It took 3 months of wyant researching the error codes to have no success. It took 30 seconds on the phone with the business software company to find out the server is not designed for our program. It also causes concern that it took me discontinuing their services with our company for them to became willing to have the problem addressed by one of their "higher level" techs. After having them discontinue services, it took an additional month for them to remove all Wyant software from the computers. I would recommend anyone entertaining the idea of using them to research if they have served other businesses like yours and if they are familiar with the software.
I fix other people's computers and when I hit a wall I go here. I was nervous at first but then I saw how good they were and I've been back twice. I even bring laptops from work here when they get beyond me.
This guy and his immediate family who work there are rude, racist, right wing pricks.
I must have caught him on a bad day. Usually he is pretty hyper but today he was just mean.Must be a bad case of the mondays.

Abrasive and rude. Does not have an attitude conducive to customer service. If you want an explanation in plain english you probably should go elsewhere.
Great value as the work is quick and the quality of the work is solid. I wouldn't go in to have a "conversation" with him, however, he is't long on patience and it seems if my Q&A's aren't machine-gun quick, that I'm wasting his time. That said, I've been back many times, I just know how to handle his personality now.
Mad Mike has given me good advice on my computer needs and problems on several occasions. His prices for repair or pc tune up are fair. I will continue to do business with him and recommend him to others. He goes above and beyond by answering questions, giving advice, and recommending free aps and programs you can get online. Other places charge you for that (that's if they are even that knowledgeable). Mad Mike is your goto guy!
