Well when my grandson went car shopping at this establishment; he was told he could not test drive a used Camaro. He has a valid drivers license and up to date insurance cards. I know my grandsons budget he was not looking for the top of line Camaro; just a car that he really wanted to get him going again. Unlike my grandson, I am Caucasian; he is black. So I waited a couple of weeks later and went to try and test drive a used Camaro. I had not problems what so ever. After a phone call to the Customer Service Relations Manager; she wouldn't even let me talk to the GM. So finally, knowing how upset my grandson was over this whole debacle, this has forced me to never shop here again.
August 2017 purchased s Kia Optima beautiful car well I didn’t even have it for 3 days before I got stuck it broke down got towedto the Hyundai in Tracy they tried to fix it but couldn’t so they sent it to Kia in Manteca well they gave me a loaner . Here it is Nov 2017 I get a text saying Kia is done, this whole time I would call ask about it if it was done and they said the couldn’t give out any info well the guy in Manteca told me anyways it was transmission they put a new one in . Sarge tells me to bri g my driver license proof of residence and income oh and a better attitude he also said I failed finance interview .I told him I. Have to do this all over again he says start fresh , why would a car dealer loan a car for just about 4 months to someone who hasn’t purchased a car from them I don’t get it well by this time I’m tired I don’t want to do that all over again refund me my down payment you can have the car Sarge is rude and does not have good customer service he basicly gave me the tun around about my down payment and the car The only reason I wanted to get a car is because I have a Honda coupe and just had a baby I needed 4 door car it was hard getting car seat out of a 2 door all this time I thought the Kia was mine I signed papers and everything so back to the 2 door car again
Avoid this place . very unprofessional customer service
DONT GO HERE.If you look at the Yelp listings for this company you will see that they have a repetitive desire to rip people off, take your boat , quote you a price that is doubled when you come in to pick up your water craft, and sell of your craft when you dispute them. Eric Villages is a con artist criminal. How they stay in business is beyond me.
