Overall

On January 3, 2017... I was supposed to be happy I hired Home Depot to do it installation of a bar top... countertop and backsplash..the biggest mistake of my life... January 3rd 2017 8 o'clock in the morning... their third party block top... that was doing the installation called and stated that they did not have all of my parts because some were damaged... I allowed them to bring what they had... they came late... when they started the demolition they did not properly cover my wood floors... pieces of the old granite countertop was flying everywhere.... my wood floors were damaged... a month prior to that I had someone install a new kitchen porcelain tile floor... they cracked the grout in my floor... they had to come back out and install the bar top... that's where the big problem begin... they did not level the bar top.... my bar top has a big space in it...they have shims between the bar top and corbels...to level the bar top...I was told I need to hire a contractor to finish the job..Really.... I have been dealing with the corporate office in regards to this matter... they don't seem to be very helpful... they're asking me to find a contractor to finish their job... $5,900 later... my biggest mistake was not yelping them first... the person that did my backsplash did I outstanding job... Home Depot did a horrible job!!!! This is how Block Top left my bar top...and said it was done.... not to mention they were very rude and unprofessional .... Ms. Mack
