Fantastic experience working with Heidi. When I found myself laid off in June of this year, it didn’t really come as a huge shock. Even though 2020 has been a year full of surprises, the idea of being unemployed seemed like a common event. I wasn’t really bothered by it at first. Two and a half months later – post layoff – the reality hit me. “I need to find a job”…. Then I started to panic. If you've ever found yourself in a panic because you may be losing your job soon, you know how I was feeling the day I called Heidi. With uncertainty hanging over my head and the realization I'd been out of the job search pool for over 20 I knew I had to get a resume together and fast.
I tried to do some research on my own and saw that even the layout of resumes have drastically changed since my last job search. At that point I knew I needed a professional and good old Yelp pointed me to Heidi.
I can't begin to tell you how knowledgeable, professional, convenient and thorough she is. First off, all your interviews and be done over the phone so she can gather very detailed and specific info, how easy is that? She works late into the evening and on Saturday so there's always time for you to connect. Her expertise in the field is apparent from your first call so you know you're getting a good product.
Once the resume and cover are done, she sends you a draft and explains the editing to you so you can customize it for future jobs.
I could not be happier with the service and resume I received from Heidi. Her prices were comparable to other services I looked into and I feel I got much more personal service.

Heidi is conscientious, kind, absolutely professional, ethical, and works hard to achieve the desired outcome that she and I wanted.
